You'll have a set of tests and examinations, carried out by trained health advisers and nurses, that give you an overview of your current health.

Your Bupa health assessment is part of a 12-month health and wellbeing plan, and Bupa will walk the journey with you for the whole year. 

Your plan includes access to helpful apps, personalised coaching, and information tailored to your own health, lifestyle and goals that aim to make you feel better all over – in body and mind.

MENOPAUSE PLANS

What you receive ...

• Initial 45 minute initial consultation with a GP menopause specialist, who will listen and reach a treatment plan with you. 
• Follow up 15 minute follow up consultation 12 weeks later, to see how you are getting on and if anything needs tweaking in your plan. 
• 12 month’s access to Anytime Healthline with nurses who have received specialist menopause training. 

All the GPs in this service have British Menopause Foundation approval. 

DENTAL CASH PLANS

Dental payment plans are a way of spreading the cost of your routine (check-ups, hygiene visits and x-rays) and restorative (crowns, bridges or fillings) dental care. 

A dental benefit is one that can be used on a regular basis – not just in an emergency. 

The dental benefit also allows you to choose which dentist to go to – whether private or NHS, which makes it easier to find one that is most convenient for you.
